After we process your order, we send it out with reliable delivery services to make sure it arrives safely and on time, usually taking 3–7 business days depending on where you live; however, some faraway or rural places might take longer, and any delivery dates given at checkout are just estimates and not guaranteed, as delays can happen due to things we can't control, like bad weather or shipping issues. Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once the order has been dispatched, enabling them to monitor the shipment’s progress in real time; it is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping details, and LightingHubs.com cannot be held liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. In the event that a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address information, or refusal of delivery, customers may be responsible for additional reshipping fees. For orders containing multiple items, we may ship products separately depending on availability, warehouse locations, or packaging requirements, and customers will be notified accordingly without incurring extra shipping costs for split shipments.
